Life Science risk management is a matter of life and death from healing the sick to changing the quality of life of people afflicted with genetic defects. Risk management is required from the launch of a new product to building a new manufacturing facility where project managers have a significant role in assessing, evaluating, and managing risk, using tools and techniques that can be used in other industries and disciplines. The panel will also address the impact to supply chain and enterprise risk management, providing insight into how the industry copes and thrives to ensure the quality of their products. Don't miss this workshop as the panelists describe their work and the industry, and then guide the attendees in the application of their tools through a hands-on interactive session.
