Biography

Dotti A. Yells has over 27 years of experience in Business Process Management, Client Relationship Management, Project Management and Information Technology across multiple hardware and software platforms. Dotti has worked with software companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Lawson, Business Intelligence, and Unisys Corporation. She provided solutions to Retail, Technology, Public Sector, Distribution, Manufacturing, Non-profit, and Hospitality organizations.

Dotti is currently a member of the APICS Golden Gate Chapter and on its board as Director of Communications and is the Webmaster. With over 20 years of consulting and as a leader of other associations, she brings to the Chapter her experience to promote the mission of this Chapter and its partners. She is also a member of Project Management Institute.

Dotti was very active as a volunteer and fundraiser for various non-profit organizations and churches for over 15 years. She was also an active Ministry Leader of New Song Community Church, Oceanside, CA (2003-2007) and was with North Coast Calvary Church Carlsbad (2000-2003), and Horizons Christian Fellowship, Rancho Santa Fe (1994-2000) in various capacities. She is a founder in organizing support/sponsorship for Casa Hogar Belen, an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. She was also a Navy Ombudsman (1995-2001) with honors providing leadership for 14 Homecoming Events for various carriers and support and mentorship as liaison between military families and active duty spouses and their command.

Dotti earned her BS in Biology with honors at Philippine Women’s University, followed with certificates in information technology and management from Computer Associates, Academy of Computer Technology, Bechtel Power Corp, Golden Gate University, and Harrington Institute.
