Anne-Mari Parkkinen , Chapter Secretary, APICS Golden GateBiography last updated: 1/28/2010 9:30:10 AMBiographyAnne-Mari, currently the Chapter Administrator and Secretary, was the first Vice President of the recently established APICS Golden Gate University Student Chapter and was awarded as the Volunteer of the Year from APICS. She holds an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management and BBA in Accounting. Anne-Mari was awarded as the Outstanding Graduate Student Award from Golden Gate University’s Operations Management department and was chosen in 2008 as a Student of the Year of CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals) San Francisco roundtable. Anne-Mari is enthusiastic learner and currently working to get the APICS CPIM certification. Completing the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is also in her plans in the near future. She enjoys snowboarding, spinning, and all kind of sports on her free time. She is originally from Finland and travels there frequently. |
